How it works:
The pigment in the hair absorbs a laser light beam that is emitted in order to reduce the amount of hair. The hair follicle is damaged by the laser’s heat, which stops the hair from regrow ling.
Candidates:
Dark, coarse hair and pale skin tones are good candidates for laser hair reduction. For those with blonde, red, or grey hair, it could not be as successful because the laser might not be able to identify the pigment in the hair.
Preparation:
It’s crucial to avoid tanning and to shave the region to be treated before having laser hair reduction. This makes it easier for the laser to precisely target the hair follicles.
